Current Collaborations

Zelos has collaborations with several biotechnology and research institutions, among them the National Research Council (NRC), Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Boston University (BU). Recent collaboration agreements include the following:

• Zelos was spun-out of the National Research Council of Canada (the equivalent of the National Institutes of Health for the United States) with a core platform of PTH analogs.  All of these analogs were licensed exclusively to Zelos on a worldwide basis with a low single digit royalty burden.
• An ongoing research collaboration encompassing the conduct of Phase 3 osteoporosis studies with an investigator at the San Francisco Coordinating Center at UCSF
• An investigator from Boston University has collaborated with Zelos to study ZT-031 in a rat femur model of fracture repair. 
• Zelos has a collaboration with and has licensed IP from Massachusetts General Hospital for our hematology indications.  Our work with an MGH investigator has led to our proposed proof-of-concept study in stem cell engraftment.
